At Rabbit Moon Wellness, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. Our practitioners prepare the treatment space and arrange their schedules around your visit. We therefore require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees
More Than 48 Hours’ Notice — No Charge
No cancellation or rescheduling fee will be charged. We will be happy to help you find another appointment time.
Between 24 and 48 Hours’ Notice — 50% Fee
50% of the scheduled treatment fee will be charged.
Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show — 100% Fee
100% of the scheduled treatment fee will be charged.
Cancellation and no-show fees compensate the practitioner for time reserved exclusively for your care that could not reasonably be offered to another patient. Fees charged under this policy are non-refundable and cannot be applied as credit toward a future appointment.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please log in to your Jane account and make the change online, or contact us by email. The applicable fee will be determined based on when your cancellation or rescheduling request is received.
Appointment Reminders
Appointment reminders are provided by email and/or text as a courtesy. Patients remain responsible for managing and attending their scheduled appointments.
Illness & Emergencies
We understand that unexpected illness and emergencies may occur. Cancellation fees normally remain applicable because appointment times cannot always be filled on short notice. However, exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by the clinic on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.
Payment Authorization
By booking an appointment and agreeing to this policy, you authorize Rabbit Moon Wellness to charge the card on file for any applicable late cancellation, late rescheduling, or no-show fees.
